A roundup of 5 delicious and beautiful smoothie bowls along with 5 healthier snacks and treats to help you with healthy snacking and staying on track with your New Year’s resolutions.
I don’t normally set New Year resolutions, especially ones related to my diet. I just know that it is pointless for me to cut out sweets and carbs because those are the thing I enjoy most. A cookie with a cup of tea in the afternoon, or a slice of cake with a glass of milk at night are the little things that make me happy. But don’t get me wrong, I strive for healthiness just like everyone else. However, my method doesn’t involve going sugar-free cold turkey, or replacing all carbs with greens. I eat all the things I love in moderation. And I make an effort to add healthier ingredients or snacks to my diet through out the year, and not just in January. And here are some of the healthier snacks I actually enjoy.
