These easy Blueberry Popsicles are made with four ingredients, no refined sugar and take just a few minutes to throw together.

A handful of granola
Wash and dry the blueberries.
Add blueberries and maple syrup in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Add blueberry mixture into a bowl with coconut yogurt and swirl together.
Divide mixture into 6 popsicle molds and top with some granola if desired.
Add popsicle sticks and freeze until completely frozen.
To remove popsicles, run the mold under water for 10 seconds to loosen.
