These easy Blueberry Popsicles are made with four ingredients, no refined sugar and take just a few minutes to throw together.

  • 6 oz fresh blueberry
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 6 oz coconut yogurt
  • A handful of granola optional
  1. Wash and dry the blueberries.
  2. Add blueberries and maple syrup in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  3. Add blueberry mixture into a bowl with coconut yogurt and swirl together.
  4. Divide mixture into 6 popsicle molds and top with some granola if desired.
  5. Add popsicle sticks and freeze until completely frozen.
  6. To remove popsicles, run the mold under water for 10 seconds to loosen.
