Blueberry Popsicles {Blueberry Parfait Popsicles}

These easy Blueberry Popsicles are made with four ingredients, no refined sugar and take just a few minutes to throw together.

  • 6 oz fresh blueberry
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 6 oz coconut yogurt
  • A handful of granola optional


  • Wash and dry the blueberries.
  • Add blueberries and maple syrup in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Add blueberry mixture into a bowl with coconut yogurt and swirl together.
  • Divide mixture into 6 popsicle molds and top with some granola if desired.
  • Add popsicle sticks and freeze until completely frozen.
  • To remove popsicles, run the mold under water for 10 seconds to loosen.


Calories are estimated with 1 tablespoon of granola topping per popsicle.
